Our speedy adjustment to remote working during the pandemic has proven that we are able to work more flexibly. While there is still a need to find a balance between face-to-face time with our teams and clients (as and when government guidance allows), we have learned that a more agile and flexible approach to where and when we work provides our people with greater choice in how they manage their time. It also provides an opportunity for our people to find an improved balance, that many seek, in-home and working lives. In June 2021, we introduced a new agile working policy embracing agile/ hybrid working practices where they work for our people, our teams, our clients, and our business.
