Great place to work if you just started your career
Great place to learn if you just started your career, but the benefits and pays are so low that the turnover rate is so high. If you want to progress your career faster and have better pays, I suggest you stay for 3 years before moving to another job.Assurance Audit Intern in indonesia

Very Productive, Great headstart of a career
Although working in EY clearly gives so much insight, experience, and skills as a fresh graduate, I think that they are clearly short-staffed, and that made the workload are heavy. But i indeed appreciate all of the staff and senior which are super helpful for me in EYAssistant Auditor in Jakarta

you want get good Career? good knowledge? great income? go to big4; don't ever thinking about work live balance, you are too young to thinking about that. just work around 2-3 years with high pressure and very very hard work to learn and get very good experience. after that you will get may be the youngest assistant Manager or manager level when you move to another company.Assurance Intern in Jakarta

Great working experience but not for a life long job
I was an intern but I got a lot of experience and knowledge, so if you want to learn and develop your related skill, this place is the best place, but if you seek for a job that you gonna be willing to do it for a long time in your life, better you look for another place.Senior Associate in Jakarta

Competitive
Great brand for your resume, recruiters will suddenly start wanting to talk to you. Poor business models supported by selling brand. Expected to weave magic out of nothing is actually a great skill to learn.
Cons
Long hours and outright verbal expectations to work evenings and weekends. Expect to break your back growing someone else's business and dream. What would you say about your employer?
