A company that really cares about their people. Allows for flexible work environments as long as you communicate and complete your work in a timely manner. Many benefits including reimbursement for certain health and fitness expenses, long summer holiday weekends, and referral bonuses. Most of the people I work with are caring, dynamic, professional, and entertaining individuals.
Research and proposal preparations for multiple projects that cuts across various sector. Learned researching and business acumen skills, with personal grooming. Long hours are hardest part of the job and vthe most enjoyable part is the variety of project background

The learning experience and exposure at EY is immense with extremely supportive management. At EY, we have to be on our toes always and teaches us how to handly high work pressure.
Very professional environment. A lot to learn. There is always a room for growth. The day was very busy and moved fast. The hardest part of the job was occasionally covering for an executive whose work style you were unfamiliar with. Overall, I found it to be a great experience.
The organization structure is very well defined and the training provided on joining is as per the norms required. People are friendly and the structure never makes you feel that your skills are being over-utilized. IT Audits is one of the booming field as EY has been capturing the market very well.
