Pros: Big 4 branding to carry with for a lifetime. Good trainings Cons: Really depends on your reporting manager/leader. Overall some great minds to work alongside. Stretch hours during peak times of the engagement.
EY is a great place to work with. You will learn a lot from the different engagements and clients that will be assigned to you. The culture is awesome.
Fresh graduate will have the biggest learning curve at EY. It also gives you the major network you needed to advance in a public accounting industry.
Great team, quick advancement, flexible working arrangement
Required a long commute and long hours
Working for a Big 4 company provides opportunities to manage large projects, teams from start to finish. My experience with EY has been extremely beneficial from a project management, coaching and overall engagement management perspective. Areas for improvement for EY would be Company culture and the management teams ability to manage their employees.
Flexibility, sizable raises, small teams
Expected working hours, Management culture
