At J&J, we work independently. We work under low supervision and sometimes we can even work from home. Each person is responsible for his/her own duties and there are deadlines or target we have to achieve. So, we must manage our own timelines to be able to keep up with the work pace. People in J&J are mostly welcome to give guidance to their juniors. So, as juniors, you can learn very fast from many people even from across departments.
