When I was having my training in Sheraton Dushanbe hotel I have spent the best time of my life their, if i have chance to go back and join Sheraton I will diffidently go and join it. 100% Team work, my Colleagues was like my family member, friendly environment.

You need to remember the credo and values by heart. They won't mess around when you make mistakes. If you looking for work-life balance, I suggest you to think twice. Since the workload is plentiful, you will have very limited time for your family and friends.
