Good company to work for

Good over all company I was an operator and bull rigger. Started buisy pushed crew. Eventual go to a point there wasn't enough hours so I had to move on. But all in all was a good experience . Would work for them again.

All in all it has been a long time since I worked for CB&I but I have seen the company grow

If you are thinking about trying this company on. Know one thing this is a no pushover company. You cannot just go to work only expecting a paycheck But if you give CB&I your all,you will be in a family atmosphere for as long as you want to stay

management sucks. they let people have those positions who really not worthy. all about family and friends. Job not a bad job. Just the people making decisions really sucks. I be mentally tired at the end of my shift.

Over all not a bad place to work. Other than working 7 days a week for more than a year. The craft people are very easy to work with, and management is good

A good company you get to work with a great bunch of guys who are knowledgeable and vast areas some supervision needs some attending to as usual on some jobs. But over all great.

Great company to work for

The company worked well with me around my National Guard duties. If I needed time off for family emergencies I was giving it. I would highly recommend working with and for this company. Looking forward to working with them in the future.

Productive workplace

Cb&i was a great place to work. The hours were really good and the pay wasn't bad. You get to put in the hours. The work environment is very good and management is top of the line. Everybody works hard together to be a team.

Too many chiefs

Far too many people wanting to be the boss and not get the work done. When you do get a good team working together company breaks it up and brings in less than desirable employees.

One Tuesday morning I walked in to work just like any other day. But this particular day was mind blowing. My friend was approaching a fire hazel, and some how I mange to stop him in the act off crossing it. My super visor gave me an two dollar raise that day.

CB&I i will like to work for because of the concern that they have for their workers

to start with, every day at work was a fun day as every one was working together to achieve one goal with a very high regards for safely. and the job it self can only be difficult if one is doing it with wrong tools. but every job is easy and safer if down with the right tools. that was my most experienced on sited as wrong tools to do the job could easily leads to problem. the work place was well build and all needed activities where present. though it was a camp life but it almost looks like a town on it own. the only problem there was worked leaving away from their families and not being able to visit or see them every night till onces fly out day. but all the same there was time for every one to visit their office and demand to go home and see your family should need arises. rigging by itself is a team work but when there is a leader who want everything to be down his or her own way them there will be a problem. it is a collective mind set that calls for listening of one another and putting the rightful ideas in place to get the job down safely. what enjoy the most was the morning meetings and suggestions collectively put together and finally actioned the right and most successful onces. this always brings a very productive work and also a successful plan for the future task ahead.

I working hourly..if work shot down sent opened leave.onshore and offshore job working ...employe job is not fix when reduce and sent home..but every work have compony safety is very good.always employee health and task care compony..
