This organisation provides good and flexible work environment

Me as a worker is astisfied with entire rules and egulations and a found a great experience throughout my career in this compay.The thing that inspires me more is the safty rules and i feel honoured being a part of this organisation . I works as a senoir welder in Mc Dermott and CB & I and a get a lot of experiene and also wins the best worker award too at SADAHRA , Jabial and JAzan projects of this organisation

Horrible place of employment. I will never work for McDermott again. Good place to work if you someone in upper management...seriously, this company is awful..

Most People where good

Was escorted off job because comment was took out of context. Then Human resources agree it was too out of context and transferred me to a different site and when project was over offered me maintenance but at a lower pay scale

Very safety oriented and organized

I was able to learn a lot with this company and given many opportunities to advance. The pay and benefits were excellent. Only drawback for me was location. A lot of driving. Too many rain-outs.

Work hard and get paid for it

When I worked at the Clive shop it was good stable work good benefits,a excellent safety culture. The Forman and supervisors were very knowledgeable and helpful. It’s a job that you can build into a career

i did not feel appreciated

with in the first 2 week of this job the new hires whom came in as contract employees were scoffed at and then berated for asking for time off. we were continually looked down upon by the full time employees.

When McDermott procured CBI, they didn't change anything. Or they didn't change enough things (management). Time will tell how that works for them. I've survived so far

Lingkungan kerja standard peraturan dan safety diatas rata rata .

Saya bangga ada perusahaan asing yg sudah puluhan tahun berdiri dibatam seperti Mc Dermott. Manpu menyerap tenaga kerja yg berkualitas baik itu SDM nya maupun disiplin di berpagai ilmu yg lain... Saya bergabung di perusahaan ini sejak tahun 1997 hingga 2017 mampu membantu pertumbuhan ekonomi dari segi pendapatan dan biaya hidup dan sekolah Anak dan masih banyak lg....semoga Mc dermot tetap jaya dan selalu membuat terobosan baru serta mendapatkan project raksasa yg berkesinambungan.

I have no complaints about McDermott there was nothing that happened to make McDermott bad to work for neither was there anything special or separated mcdermott from other employees

Work with sefty qulity and prodection

When working in hot weather, your body should increase water consumption to save heat. Every day, your work should be learned from your work. A good company creates good management. It is a sign of good worker working in safety situations. Successfully accomplish your work with passion.

Worked in China, which was a wonderful experience

China was a wonderful experience snd work with Chinese engineers was also great. The Chinese people are extremely kind and gentle. CB&I provided an opportunity that I will remember for the rest of my life.

They are not near what they could be if only the right people was in management. This way it isn’t buddy buddy rather than synority and what hands are the best.

Relaxed,friendly

Good people to work with. Good experience overall, had no problems with co-workers not with supervisors. Steady paste of work. Not a stressful work place.

Was laid back but then laid everyone off

I really did enjoy working there. The hours were what I expected because they only had 2 shifts. Once the current job was complete they laid everyone off.

Very productive and great people

Cbi was a company that stood for the people, and helped there workers out as much as possible through education and benefits. It was a wonderful company, great bosses and last but not least cared for there workers.

Very good work experience

Loved working there. Had a very good relationship with all of my co workers. I was able to work in Singapore. I would love to do that again. Would love to work for them again.
