Customer Service Representative (Current Employee) - Holbrook, NY - 26 January 2023
What is the best part of working at the company? Discounts off of the products. What is the most stressful part about working at the company? Everything down to the customers that scream at you all day. Trying to get customers to buy upsells during an inflation and being forced to sell or get written up for not meeting sale goals. What is the work environment and culture like at the company? Hectic and nothing but lies no one knows what they are doing. Nothing is explained clearly. What is a typical day like for you at the company? Busy back to back calls no break between calls or your not ready time goes up

Busy
Refrigeration Technician (Former Employee) - Mount Sterling, KY - 23 January 2023
Good place to work. If you start with low pay, they try to keep you there. Come in with experience and the lay drastically improves. Management changes a lot.

Constant mandatory overtime, management completely out of touch
Ice Cream Maker (Former Employee) - Fort Wayne, IN - 22 January 2023
Horrible place to work. Management can completely bungle everything and be rewarded, while the production workers are forced to work way too many hours and then receive write ups for inevitable mistakes that will happen to overworked and underpaid employees. The 50 cent shift differential for night shift is laughable. It's really sad how far the company has fallen since the buy out from Froneri. It's also sad how little management is willing to communicate with long time employees, even ones that they supposedly value.
Pros
Nothing
Cons
Labor intensive, not much room for growth, poor communication

Fast pace, Great money, Flexible Hours
Sleeves Operator Level 3 (Former Employee) - Mount Sterling, KY - 21 January 2023
A typical day will vary, some days are very hectic, and another could be very relaxed. I learned quite a bit from Nestle, especially about food safety, risk assessments and more. Management will vary, but overall are easy to talk to and get along with. The workplace culture is welcoming after a while but also has a sense of urgency when it comes to product. The hardest part of this job would be the physical labour, it can be very intensive and strenuous. The most enjoyable part of this job are the benefits, flexible schedule and some of the work is very tame.
Pros
Free coffee, Good Hours, Great Benefits, Excellent Pay, Good Work-to-Home Life Balance
Cons
Intensive Work, Ability To Micromanage is needed

Long day and good work
Production Worker (Former Employee) - Mt. Sterling, KY - 20 January 2023
Work can be good but the work environment and management can cause a whole lot of drama that shouldn't be there. Work 12 hour days. Machine are a little run down but work well when they are fixed. But all an all not a bad place to work

Great team to work with! It can be a fun and exciting place to work.
Factory Controller (Former Employee) - Modesto, CA - 17 January 2023
I enjoyed working with an intelligent, dedicated leadership team. And I learned a lot about leadership and strategy in my time there. It is a fast paced operation process requiring a strong commitment and understanding of the site to be successful.

Temp Service people have too be hired through are not even worth getting involved with
Production worker (Former Employee) - Mount Sterling, KY - 15 January 2023
Nestle USA was a great work place and great work environment all around plus the daily free frozen food employees are given was also a huge plus. With this company I can honestly say they were one of the best I have seen yet with their Training Coordinators/Management/Shift Leaders/Supervisors this company goes above and beyond too make sure all new hire feel completely comfortable and they go above and beyond too make sure all new hires receive the proper training
Pros
Daily fresh frozen items for employees. Personal shopping store on site for all employees.
Cons
Too much of the robots doing the hard labor and not enough hard labor for employees

Run far away fast
Demand planner (Current Employee) - Arlington, VA - 14 January 2023
This place is so TOXIC and juvenile. Managers are unprofessional. Every word out of their mouth is either vulgar or disrespectful. They allow employees to drink alcohol in office sometimes at the workstations. You are constantly micro managed. The benefits are horrible and pay increases are little to none. I would not recommend this company to anyone!

great job
Ingredient Handler (Current Employee) - Solon, OH - 12 January 2023
I like this job it's good. The only bad part is that they only tell you everything during training week like what if you'll be working 8 hours or 10, where the time clock is at how to view your paystubs online and what area production or wearhouse. The whole 9 yards. The culture is great the pay is great I'm getting paid 24 an hour as an entry level position (no college degree required) on second shift as an ingredient handler. Hours vary on second shift. It's non-union but who needs to pay those guys anyway? I know the union can save your back from getting fired from your job but still. They have 9 full plaques of the people who've been there for 25 years and their going on their tenth. They're a hundred years old this year or last I don't know which one. They have a thrift store where anyone can shop at and employees get money off also. They have perks also I don't know what those are but. Then they have an LSA account where you can buy a memory from mattress or anything you want. People bought snowblowers through the LSA. LSA is part of the health benefits through Nestle.

Nice Pay but that's it
Prepweigher (Former Employee) - Springville, UT - 10 January 2023
Has great pay but a lot of favoritism and long hours. It's not the worst If you can work up to a better job but people abuse certain things and it can make your job harder.

Your production is all they care about
Team Member (Current Employee) - Fort Worth, TX - 10 January 2023
They will over work you beyond 40 hrs a week. They will rush your training. They will belittle and talk to you as if you are their child management is horrible. Your a number and nothing more.
Pros
The people you work with are great at my location
Cons
They watch your break time like hawks
