Saya kerja di KPDP krakatau perbengkelan dan perawatan ,di tugaskan di ssp slab steel plant KS krakatau steel ,di bidang technical administrasi TA ,di tugaskan sebagai perawatan pabrik dan slalu ada konfirmasi stiap ada perubahan atau keprluan di pabrik dan selalu di monitoring atau prefentif dan di laporkan ke atsan saya.

Not a good place for someone who looking for balance life and great salary

For some divisions, almost every day working overtime with no compensation, the salary is not high as expected especially for people who looking for great salary in BUMN. The situation of the office is not good, bad canteen and no wifi so that you have to buy internet quota for your job, and also the Company gives you computer but you gotta have to mobile so you have to use ur own laptop. The remuneration for mobilization is very low that makes you using ur own money and wait for 2 weeks for reimbursement.
Some people in other divisions working very lazy even in 4 pm they are ready for going home. If you're not from Cilegon working here is not worthy.

Typical work is as a maintenance engineer that applied maintenance planning & scheduling, optimation using Reliability Centered Maintenance using RCM Turbo tool. Have to maintain KPI.
Management most spend alot of time to do "reactive maintenance ( not the other like preventive and predictive maintenance)
My co worker is field engineer (electrical, mechanical, instrumentation), field supervisor & field superintendent.
The hardest part of the job is make sure management that preventive and predictive maintenance is very very important to reduce breakdown.
The most enjoyable part of thejob is work with engineer to make improve in maintenance system using analysis RCM and have been application in SAP system.

My main job is fighting fires. Here we so desperately need teamwork. The most difficult and dangerous time is when there is a fire suppression victims to be rescued. But usually we feel comforted when we successfully carry out our duties.
