Work with clear Job desk and not overlapping. A lot of company information update trough the email or website which increase our knowledge with proven as opened information to its employees. Management treat all employees professionally and protect against ethic and online assistance been provided with secure to guarantee. Thus employees respect each others. The hardest part of the job that you have to speed up to learn and directly working as typical projects having short period duration thus to give you longer training time before working will make the projects delay. You could enjoy its facility ie : big main clinic with several doctors including mobile clinic, swimming pool , gym center and free ferry ticket to Singapore including your families 2 times in a month if i am not mistaken for a Staff and once a year for non Staff employee. The importance is you could work safely with a good salary and monthly bonus and several times salary adjustment if you have a great achievement.

Tantangan kerka

Sejak bergabung dg McDermott tahun 1991, banyak ilmu yg saya dapatkan terutama yg berkaitan dg teknologi terbaru dan penunjang dlm kerja. Banyaknya training2 yg dilakukan agar pekerja lebih profesional dlm melaksanakan tugas sehari hari. Begotu jg dg bonus project tia bulannya.

Lingkungan kerja dan safety yang bagus

Lingkungan kerja dan peralatan serta perlengkapan safety yang sangat baik dan sesuai dengan pekerjaan yang dilalukan tetutama pekerjaan di ketinggian mulai dari fullbody hardness yang teregistrasi sampai pencegah jatuh alat yang di pakai.
