Fun but doesn't work time-wise

Basically it's a part-time job, so come in at 3 PM and finished at 8/9 PM. It's a good experience and now i am capable of handling the customers better. The manager is very nice, although the other co-workers sometimes have different work method. The hardest part for the job is having to do something without the manager's order and the most enjoyable is just to work with other people and learn new things.
