About the role:

The main goal for this role is to continually review, optimise, challenge, and improve campaign results for our clients in platforms.

It will ideally suit someone who has experience in executing strategies for paid search and/or paid social campaigns, as well as optimising and reporting on performance. In this role, the successful candidate will gain exposure and training across a breadth of performance marketing channels as well as strategy development, client reporting, and insights into end to end digital marketing.


  • Contributes to the development and execution of market strategies for paid campaigns, including developing strategic roadmaps, AB Tests, analyzing results and developing actionable insights
  • Responsible for executing strategy and tactics for paid campaigns
  • Performs day-to-day support for paid campaign activities, including: bid management, budget allocation, forecasting, performance monitoring, strategic testing, campaign expansion, reporting etc.
  • Employs analytical reasoning, data analysis, and problem solving skills to effectively and efficiently manage campaigns
  • Demonstrates thought leadership and professional communication skills by developing and delivering client facing materials, such as presentations, point of views, business cases, and performance reports
  • Knowledgeable with industry news, online marketing trends, industry tools, and internal cross-team key learnings
  • Works comfortably in dynamic, fast-paced environments
  • Uses interpersonal skills to influence customers, suppliers and other comparable level managers
  • Proactive and willing to challenge the status quo with ideas, strategies, and tactics

Ideal Candidate:

  • 2+ years paid social and/or paid search campaign management experience ideally at an agency, ad tech provider or client-side with over $50K per month budgets
  • Motivated, curious, not afraid to challenge convention
  • Ability and willingness to pick up new tools
  • Strong desire to learn and improve
  • Communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Attention to detail
  • A team player but is able to work independently under minimal supervision
  • Tertiary qualifications or industry equivalent experience in marketing and advertising
  • Experience using business intelligence platforms such as Tableau, Datorama or Data Studio desirable
