Job Description
● Conceptualise and execute the overall production of conferences and breakfast Insights in Asia Pacific
● Responsible for researching conference concepts, content, and topics related to the events assigned.
● Conduct in-depth research and develop conference programme & agenda.
● Responsible for producing Content for event collaterals and working with the designer to ensure all collaterals are for sales and the delegates' sales team.
● Work closely with the sales team to generate potential revenue for the events and ensure the delegates' sales team delivers a high-quality audience.
● Interviews with International speakers and feature them on our website
● Identify and secure high-level speakers and be involved in speaker relationship management.
● Run the event on-site and ensure quality and value are delivered to all attendees
● Manage ad-hoc projects
Requirements / Preferred Qualifications
● Diploma or Degree educated
● Strong research and analytical skills.
● Strong project management and organisational skills
● Entrepreneurial/commercial aptitude
● Strong conceptual thinking, writing and business analysis skills
● Presentable and confident to take meetings with senior executives
● Ability to work as part of a close-knit team and deliver against tight deadlines
● A professional with a responsible attitude to work
● Ideally, at least three years’ experience in B-to-B conference production, although we also employ graduate trainee level
