Accounting Staff (Full-Time)

We are seeking a detail-oriented and responsible Accounting Staff member to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in monitoring and managing our company's financial transactions, ensuring accuracy, and supporting the overall accounting operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and maintain accurate records of all historical accounts, collections, and bank transactions.
• Closely follow current accounts, ensuring proper tracking of all entries and exits.
• Quickly identify and report any incorrect payments or misallocations to management.
• Assist in reconciling accounts and ensuring data integrity across systems.
• Maintain regular oversight of bank activity and support cash flow accuracy.
• Support the team with various administrative accounting tasks as needed.

Qualifications:

• Basic knowledge or awareness of Xero Accounting Software (preferred).
• Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
• Ability to learn quickly – we provide on-the-job training.
• Good organizational and communication skills.
• Prior experience in accounting, finance, or bookkeeping is a plus.
