Job Description:

• Lead and motivate a team of sales associates to achieve sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Provide on-the-job training and coaching to sales associates on product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer service skills.
• Monitor team performance and provide regular feedback and support.
• Ensure that the sales floor is well-maintained, organized, and visually appealing.
• Assist customers with inquiries, provide product information, and process sales transactions.
• Handle customer complaints and resolve issues effectively.
• Manage inventory levels and ensure that products are properly stocked and displayed.
• Implement sales promotions and marketing initiatives.
• Analyze sales data and identify opportunities to improve sales performance.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

Requirement:

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Sales Supervisor or in a similar role in a retail environment.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and leading high-performing teams.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
• Strong customer service orientation with a focus on building customer relationships.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Passion for retail and a strong interest in fashion/apparel/etc. (relevant to your store)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
