Position Required:
Account Manager with deep experience using Microsoft Excel to analyse the financial performance of businesses (ideally restaurants).
At least 10 years of SOLID experience working in a similar financial analytical role e.g. you build financial models, 3-ways cashflow models, analysing financial performance of companies or businesses on a daily basis (note: this is NOT a data analytics role).
Perfect english and presentation skills required.
NOT looking for someone who wants a comfortable "work-life" balance role.
Looking for someone who is competitive, hungry to exceed KPIs, hungry to earn bonus by working hard to exceed Targets.
Full time contract role.
Opportunity to climb up the career ladder is available. For the right candidate, after the first year, promotion and longer term opportunity is available.

Academic qualifications required:
Minimum university degree preferably in Mathematics, Statistics, Finance or Economics.
Expert level English language skills (read and write).
Base Pay:
Minimum 12 month contract.
Renewal depends on performance.
At least 5 days a week, at least 8 hrs per day.
Total Pay:
12,000,000 IDR per month (first 3 months of probation)
16,500,000 IDR per month (thereafter) + Bonus structure
Bonus structure:
1,000,000 IDR per target reached per account.
You'll be looking after 50~100 accounts.
You will be working as a contractor to our company (not employee). No annual leave or sick leave or parental leave. Pro-rata adjustment of payment if leave is taken.
Requirement:
Full time hours in Australian (Melbourne / Sydney) time zone.
You will be required to work in the following Australia Melbourne / Sydney time:
Certain days will require:
9am - 5pm (Melbourne / Sydney time)
Some days will require:
3pm - 11pm (Melbourne / Sydney time)

Job Description:
- Analysis and Excel: Analyse the strength and weakness of each store (ad performance, promotion performance, gross profit margin, sales based on day of week, sales based on time of day). Expert ability in the use of Microsoft Excel is required.
- Develop Strategy: Using the strength and weakness identified, develop menu, pricing, promotion and ad campaign strategies to reach Targets for each store.
- Implement: Use Uber Eats Manager portal to implement promotions and ad campaigns. Coordinate with your colleagues (analysts) to optimise each menu, create bundled deals, pricing that reflects your strategy.
- Monitor, Track and Report: Calculate and report the performance of each store using Microsoft Excel analysis and tools. Based on the results each week, develop action plans for each store account.
- Menu Audit: Check for pricing error, spelling error and technical errors on the menu that your colleague has optimised.
Non Negotiable Requirements:
- Extreme attention to details, spelling errors, pricing errors. Skilled in performing "sense checks" to quickly determine whether something is right or wrong.Your own subscription to Microsoft 365 suite (word, excel, powerpoint)
- A very fast laptop and very fast internet (for smooth video conference and AI usage)
- Expert skills in excel. You will be tested during the video interview.
- 10 yrs experience performing financial analysis on businesses in previous jobs.
- Degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Finance or Economics.
- Example of past job experience that we look for: Accounting, Audit, Credit Analyst, Business Analyst, Mergers & Acquisition Analyst, Financial Modeller or jobs that demonstrate high proficiency in maths, calculations, excel calculation and analysis.
