Responsibilities:
- Inform staff of job responsibilities, performance expectations, client service standards, or corporate policies and guidelines.
- Possessing the ability to achieve excellent score reviews on every platform we use.
- Train staff in the use or sale of products, programs, or activities.
- Assess employee performance and suggest ways to improve work.
- Develop staff service or retail goals and guide staff in goal achievement.
- Respond to customer inquiries or complaints.
Qualifications:
- Maximum 40 years old and Diploma1 graduate.
- Minimum of 2 year experience in similar position.
- Ability to multi-task in various situations and prioritize.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize in a fast paced environment
- Strong sense of leadership and integrity, being humble and genuine.
- Spoken and written English proficiency.
